Fireproof board has the double advantages of organic board and inorganic board. It is a large sheet made of modified magnesite material as binder and medium alkali or alkali resistant glass fiber cloth as reinforcement material. It is mainly used for decoration of building hanging items, internal partition walls and other parts with fire protection requirements. This kind of board not only has the light weight, flexibility and reprocessing performance of wood organic board, but also has the fire resistance and water resistance of inorganic board.
Because of its bright color, many patterns, wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, easy to clean, waterproof, moisture-proof and other characteristics, fire-proof board has become the leading product in the cabinet market, and is selected and accepted by more and more families.
Technique 1: "touch". Is to use the hand to check whether the board surface is smooth.
Skill 2: "burn". Cut a small piece (2-3mm in diameter) with a blade, ignite it horizontally, self extinguish in 5 seconds without smoldering, then grade C should be OK; if it ignites vertically, it will self extinguish within 2 seconds without smoldering, and level B should be OK. If the lateral ignition does not self extinguish, or there is a dark flame smoldering although self extinguishing, it should be noted. Grade B1 is between the two, which is closer to the requirement of grade B.
Technique 3: "pinch". It is to pinch board core with fingernail, feel hard or soft; use fingernail to be close to the place of board face to press up pinching, observe whether the surface layer is easy to peel off.
Technique 4: "bubble". It is to soak a small sample in cold water for 24 hours to observe the thickness increase; then let it dry naturally, and observe the deformation of the plate surface after drying, which is the most critical item.
